Missed Diagnosis?

i saw a consultant in apr 23 for post menopausal bleeding. He diagnosed atrophy and vagirux pessarys. He did not tell me to go back if the bleeding continued. He incorrectly stated in the follow up letter that i had no family history of breast cancer.

In Dec 23 I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

From what I have read you should have been referred for an ultrasound and then biopsy due to your post menopausal bleeding. You really have experienced modern medicine at its worst. Hope you have a treatable form of both breast and endometrial cancer. Sometimes the treatment for breast cancer can lead to endometrial cancer, think it's Taxol that does it.
