I had six treatments of carboplatin, paclitaxol, and the immunotherapy drug, Keytruda. I finished in June, 2024. I’m still in remission and feeling optimistic. So chemo was very effective for me.

I had chemo with carboplatin and taxel
Finished it in April 18 and currently with radiation therapy/chemo is effective. CT I had was clear of ca. According to my oncologist radiation suppose to decrease the chances of ca returning to about 10-15% and if I would have chosen no radiation then it would be about 33% probability of ca returning

I had 6 rounds of chemotherapy (carbonation and taxol with immunotherapy) and followed that with 15 doses of radiation. Chemo began mid Dec 2024 and radiation ended end of May 25.

I am waiting for the Pet scan to determine the results. My DR says this is very effective and feels very positive that I will be in remission. 🤞

I'm starting chemo next week I already had full hysterectomy

Did they tell you you might need radiation after chemo? Or was it recommended after your cycles?
