Several members responded to the question about stage 4 endometrial cancer, with many sharing their own diagnoses ranging from stage 4B to advanced recurrent cases, along with detailed treatment journeys. Treatments mentioned included chemotherapy combinations, immunotherapy options like Keytruda, Jemperli, and Dostarlimab, as well as Lenvima and Avastin, with members receiving care at leading centers like Dana Farber and Memorial Sloan Kettering. A recurring theme was resilience and hope, with one member encouraging others that there is light at the end of treatment after reaching NED status.

I am stage 4. Diagnosed at 62 yo in May 2023. Full hysterectomy in July 2023 followed by 6 rounds of chemo and Jemperli. Continued with the Jemperli immunotherapy for two years every 6 weeks ended in January 2026. I continue to have CT Scans every 12 weeks (that will end in 2029 when I have completed 5 years post chemo) and currently have no sign of disease. Lots of side effects and neuropathy but I am here!!!! All surgery and treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York.
Know that there is a light at the end of all the treatment.

Hi. I’m stage 4b with metastasis in my lungs. In November, I started chemo (carboplatin, plactitaxol, and Dostarlimab. After 6 cycles, I’m now on “maintenance “ with just Dostarlimab.

I am Stage IV - being treated at Dana Farber in Boston. I was diagnosed in late January 2025 and have finished 6 treatments of chemo + immunotherapy(Keytruda/Pembro). Now I'm on Keytruda for 2 years. No surgeries or radiation yet.
