Originally dx as stage 4 or stage 4 due to reoccurrence?

My mother has stage 4b. 73 yo. Otherwise healthy Diagnosed aug 2025. She's had a complete hysterectomy, 6 rounds of chemo + immunotherapy (Keytruda/carboplatin/taxol). She continued keytruda every 6 weeks. She just found out she has recurrence in her omentum with Ascites. She's been extremely uncomfortable and unable to eat for a while now. She had a paracentesis last week, but that only have here relief for one day. She just started lenvima yesterday. Anyone have experience to share? Her Dr has not shared anything with her. Just that she may have to go back to chemo if she doesn't respond to the lenvima. She's being treated at loyola in Chicago.

I am stage 4. Diagnosed at 62 yo in May 2023. Full hysterectomy in July 2023 followed by 6 rounds of chemo and Jemperli. Continued with the Jemperli immunotherapy for two years every 6 weeks ended in January 2026. I continue to have CT Scans every 12 weeks (that will end in 2029 when I have completed 5 years post chemo) and currently have no sign of disease. Lots of side effects and neuropathy but I am here!!!! All surgery and treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York.
Know that there is a light at the end of all the treatment.

Hi. I’m stage 4b with metastasis in my lungs. In November, I started chemo (carboplatin, plactitaxol, and Dostarlimab. After 6 cycles, I’m now on “maintenance “ with just Dostarlimab.

Stage 4 metastasis to both lungs multiple masses; positive Hrs2, TP53, MMR. June 2022 diagnosed. Radical hysterectomy 2 cycles of chemo carbo/paxil. Tried Keytruda Herceptin enhurto and now Avastin.
