Hi Frances. My experience was s 14mm endometrium thickness discovered via trans vaginal ultrasound.y gyny tried biopsy, hysterocopy and D&C. Nothing was conclusive only pieces in some cases.. case referred to onc surgeon. Discussed options chose total radical hysterectomy removing all parts robotically. Found and removed 6cm tumor that had spread to pelvic lymp nodes stage 3C. Advanced adenocarcinoma. Feb /25. Chemo and Radiation and keytruda is my protocol.
What it all means for you is keep talking to gyny doc and get any tests you can. Don't be afraid to talk to specialist or onc gyny. Doesn't mean it's cancer but they also handle complicated cases. It may be very early which is treatable. It's a journey just sorting out all the pieces. Find Drs and medical teams you are comfortable with. Try to bring a second set of ears as information can be overwhelming. Prayers it's an early diagnosis. Wishing you peace and calm.
