Hi Coleen. I hope they can come up with a more accurate marker. I have had 3 recurrences. 2 were in the vaginal vault and the 3rd one was in my mediastinal lymph nodes. The only time my CA 125 was above normal was when I had the 3 rd recurrence. Have a blessed day
