Hi, I have just this week had my last chemo of Carboplatin, which has got rid of the tumours in the lymph nodes in my neck, and I am not feeling too bad. However, the last scan shows 3 new tumours in the peritoneal area, which have started since chemo, so evidently a new mutation. So another consultation this week to see if radiotherapy is possibe. I have not heard of Enhertu in France. Good luck with the diarrhea, always a tricky word to spell! I am still constipated!

I have now had two infusions of Enhertu. After the first infusion I had stomach upset for the first week beginning with the third day. It then subsided. I have now had the second infusion three days ago. So far seems all right. I am receiving it at a lower level of 4.4. Every person is different so I would caution people not to think every body else’s experience will be the same for you. Each person has a different reaction to a medication. Perhaps with your doctors OK you can try it again and take something with it for the diaherea. Best of luck to you. Marcia

So much for my feelings. After one infusion of enhertu, I was living on the couch between running to the bathroom with constant diarrhea. Anything that went in, came racing out. Wound up in er with dehydration. No more for me. Looks like doxil may be next line for me.

Thank you, Susan. I hope you're feeling better soon. My dr wanted to start me on Doxil awaiting biopsy results, but I had such a bad feeling after reading up on it. Luckily my results came back soon and based on them I will start on Enhertu instead. This doesn't look like a walk in the park either, but I have a more positive feeling. I will start in the next couple weeks. Fingers crossed. Wishing you the best.

Hi, yes I was treated with doxorubicin , 6 sessions this year. Quite honestly, it was useless! I was much more poorly, the whole time, than I had been throughout my previous chemo. It barely reduced the lymph node tumours, I have felt pretty lousy for the last 6 months, and now they are all back and I have just started Carboplatin for 3 sessions as well as having 5 radiotherapy sessions on a tumour in my neck which is hindering swallowing. A scan in a months time to see what is happening, but I feel sick all the time, in spite of medications to control that. My poor husband , I try not to moan, but it is difficult!
