My Dr sent a sample of my tumor to test if I would be a candidate for HER2

I am currently on Lenvima and Keytruda but having thyroid issues and no cortisol or adrenal glands working.

I'm in the same situation as you. After my hysterectomy, I had two recurrences. I have no metastases, but other small tumors have grown in my pelvic cavity. I stopped the immunotherapy, which was useless, and starting next Monday I'll start liposomal doxorubicin. I hope it works. Let me know how you are and if the doxorubicin causes any problems. I was on carbo/taxal in 2022 and Lenvima/Keytruda in 2024. Also, targeted radiotherapy in 2025. Now awaiting acceptance on a clinical trial and for that I need a biopsy to test for a critical tumour biomarker (Her2) which is assosciated with a more aggressive endometrial cancer. I am confused by comments about HER2 stopping cancer growth and being prescribed. Clarification needed by the Team, please.

I had pax & cab & keytruda all at the same and it didn’t work
Now I’m doing HEr2 to stop the growth for as long as my body can tolerant it & every three month pet scans
