I have used Theraworx (contains magnesium and some lidocaine) and have gotten relief. Gabapentin has awful side effects for me - crossed eyes and crawlies.
I have been drinking diet Tonic for leg cramps for years, you can't get Quinine over the counter anymore which is what our mothers and grand mothers used to take. I am starting to have more and more neuropathy for no reason, odd cramps, stinging and things like bug bites andd that horrible thing that itches inside your body especially on the bottom of my foot in the middle of the night. Aspercreme with lidocaine helps that but so does Vicks. Good night and sleep tight!
Yes. I use the CBD cream as well for joint pain. My oncologist also recommended Allertec OTC. Said it helped some with the leg pain. If I get cramps I drink tonic water with quinine
Thank you for passing that along.
I know this might side crazy, but I rub castor oil on my joints and it decreases the discomfort and occasionally removes completely. For the nerve damage my Doctor recommended gabapentin.
