Diagnosed in mid May with grade 3, only symptoms were spotting and was in the dr office in 2 days. Had full hysterectomy on June 2nd, stage 3C1, spread to one ovary and 2 of 4 lymph nodes tested. Started chemo July 9th. My cocktail is Carboplatin, Taxol and was able to add Jemperli Immunotherapy. I have one more chemo treatment on 11/3 then see the radiologist on 11/6 to schedule the radiation works outside and inside. Thanks Ladies for sharing! I had a call last Friday from the social worker in my oncology group as I shared my anxiety was high. She suggested writing down all the things that I know to be true like I am getting all the treatments available, the care team is active and present in my care, etc. Basically don't worry about what I don't have control over or hasn't happened yet. Easy for her to say but will give it a try. I know staying positive, eating well and exercising are what I should focus on. Dongeo I will check out the natural things you mentioned. A friend sent me a book, Eat to Beat Disease by William W. Li, MD, also has some good stuff. Janis oh my gosh that must have been so frustrating after going through all that chemo. I am sending thoughts your way for success in the trial! Martha, almost 1/2 way on the chemo if you are doing 6 rounds. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. This group is helpful to share feelings and thoughts as well as hear about ideas, treatments and what to expect. Thank you all 🥰

Your initial treatment is more aggressive than mine was & I think that’s a good thing. I too was diagnosed (in 2020) stage 3c with 2 of 11 lymph nodes positive. Initially I received a total hysterectomy followed by external beam radiation. My doctor at the time said I didn’t need chemo. I had my first recurrence 3 years later with tumors in my pelvis & spleen. These were treated with chemo (carboplatin & taxol) with Immunotherapy (Pembroluzimab) added in cycle 4. This put me in NED for a year. I then had my 2nd recurrence with a tumor at the vaginal cuff. I then had brachytherapy and was put back on Keytruda with Lenvima added which put me back in NED for 10 months. Now I’m scheduled for a scan to determine if I’m having a 3rd recurrence. So, in the past 5 years, treatment protocols have evolved considerably. Sending good wishes for tolerable treatment & remission.
I have stage 4 endometrial cancer was diagnosed 8/14/26. I started chemo, I have 6 cycles every 21 days. The chemo is 6 hrs long. 😭
