I had night sweats, but not until i started having post menopausal bleeding. Night sweats stopped after hysterectomy.
That was 5 years ago. I had a solitary isolated 3mm nodule recurrence in my lung 2 years ago , no night sweats , it was found on ct scan and surgically removed. Now have a 2nd solitary isolated recurrence 3cmx2.8 cm aortocaval lymph node , was having digestive issues , lower back pain and night sweats. Started immunotherapy in November and all symptoms including night sweats have resolved.

Are night sweats a symptom of endometrial cancer?

Night sweats aren't typically listed as a common symptom of endometrial cancer. The most frequently reported symptoms include:

- Abnormal vaginal bleeding (between periods or after menopause)
- Unusual vaginal discharge
- Pelvic pain or cramping
- Unexplained weight loss
- Abdominal pain or a pelvic mass

In more advanced stages, symptoms may also include fatigue, changes in bowel habits, and if the cancer has spread to the lungs, breathing difficulties or coughing.

If you're experiencing night sweats along with any of these other symptoms, it's important to discuss all of your symptoms with your healthcare provider. Night sweats can be caused by many factors, including hormonal changes, infections, or other conditions, so getting a complete evaluation is important.
