I also have neuropathy from the taxol/carbo. It has worsened a bit with the doxil but not painful. I credit the fasting with it not getting worse. I also did acupuncture for it after the taxol/carbo where the neo in hands and feet became almost nonexistent. But I never had sores. Before I understood how to help myself I would put ice packs on hands and feet and that did help in the short term.

Tnx susie I'll check it out. I was wondering if it helps with feet or hand sores that result from doxil.i already have taxol neuropathy. I have blisters starting in the toe joint and my hands feel like they sre sunburned.

Susie what are suzi pads. I just had my 2nd doxil. I believe after 3rd they are doing CT to see how itd working. Same for me lost hair with first chemo. Slowly returning. Looks like rash spots on feet and legs and blisters in between my toes. Praise God for Cortizone10 and Eucerin.

I just had my 3rd dicho infusion. I lost my hair with prior failed carbo/plax chemo. But this time it is only thinning. I bought suzi pads and wear them now during chemo. I fast before and after to reduce side effects.
