Originally was on dostarlimab with chemo and had very little nausea. We changed to keytruda because I was able to access at nil cost via a company funded program whereas we were self funding dostarlimab but I am finding Keytruda much more debilitating with the constant nausea and fatigue
I was on Keytruda for a year , it caused lots of fatigue and severe itching on my ankles and legs. My oncologist suggested an allergy med over the counter. The itching was contained but the fatigue continued

I'm also on keytruda. I was taking it with my chemo treatment so I thought the fatigue was caused by chemo. I just had my 1st keytruda by itself last Wednesday. I have been exhausted all week. I'm hoping it will lessen over time. I have to take it every 6wks for 2yrs. So far no nausea
These medicines that kill cancer cells are so harsh. I hope you find an answer and a drug that isn't so abrasive to your system.
I understand completely! I have the same issues but also take 4mg Lenvima and my teeth are completely ruined.
